and french fries contain a lot of finely processed salt, which increases the
secretion of enzymes and saliva that increase your cravings. Sodium and bad
fats from salt increase blood pressure, thereby affecting kidney function.

that eating too much junk food that is high in sugar and fat can increase the
risk of colon cancer. Another study has shown that men who eat fried foods more
than twice a month have an increased risk of prostate cancer.
