A visa is a proof of 'can visit' which is given to residents
of a country if they enter the territory of another country which requires an
entry permit. It can be in the form of a visa sticker that can be applied at
the embassy of the country to be visited or in the form of a stamp on a
passport in a certain country. The following are the steps that must be taken
in obtaining a visa properly:
1. The first step you must come to the immigration office. You can come to the immigration office listed on our KTP or just come to the nearest immigration office.
2. Bring the visa requirements according to the country of destination.
3. Then you buy the application form. The application form
is at the counter that has been provided, complete the form according to the
documents you have and bring the original documents.
4. Submit the completed visa application form and
requirements to the registration counter.
5. After that, take a receipt and schedule a photo and take
fingerprints. To take fingerprints and schedule photos, you can come the next
day if your queue number is still long.
6. If you have taken a photo and taken fingerprints, then
you will arrive at the interview stage by showing the original document.
7. After the interview phase is complete, the next step is
to pay for the visa book and sign the visa book and ask for information on when
the visa collection schedule has been completed.
8. At the specified date, we can come back to the
immigration office to collect a finished visa. Usually within a week your new
visa is complete and can be retrieved.
